DIPLOMA IN AYURVEDA NURSING & PANCHAKARMA
Panchakarma is a cleansing and detoxification therapy in Ayurveda aimed at restoring body balance through five purification procedures. Studies cover Ayurvedic principles, treatment methods, diet, herbal preparations, and post-therapy care.
SPA
SPA, derived from Sanus Per Aquam meaning "health through water," focuses on promoting wellness through water-based treatments and natural therapies. It includes practices like hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, massages, and thermal baths aimed at relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. SPA studies explore anatomy, skin ,body care etc..
YOGA
Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
